1. A dense peanut butter cookie base - and I throw in old fashioned oatmeal for extra texture and nutrition.
2. A layer of decadent dark chocolate, and finally.
3. Topped with a creamy, homemade peanut butter frosting to pull the whole thing together. You and your family will DEVOUR these incredible bars!
